Dr. Giulia Carolina Del Piero

Dr. Giulia Carolina Del Piero was born in Mestre in 1984. After completing her classical studies, she graduated with top marks in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Trieste. Since 2010, she has been a resident physician at the ENT Clinic of Cattinara Hospital, where she has specialised in head and neck oncological pathology and related surgery, inflammatory diseases of the ear, nose, and paranasal sinuses, and laryngology. During her five years of residency, she also enhanced her training with voluntary periods at the ENT clinics in Bergamo, Udine, and Varese. She obtained her specialisation in Otorhinolaryngology in 2017 with top marks and honours.

    From 2017 to 2019, she held a position as a medical director in ENT at the Otorhinolaryngology and Audiology Department of the IRCCS Burlo Garofolo in Trieste, primarily focusing on paediatric otolaryngological diseases and childhood audiology. From February 2020 to March 2021, she served as a medical director at the Otorhinolaryngology Department of Latisana and Palmanova Hospital. She is a mother of two children. She is a member of SIO-CHF and GOS and the author of several scientific publications in international journals.
